We re currently recruiting 6 CNC/Machine Operators on behalf of our client a well–established precision engineering firm based in Southend–on–Sea.

What You ll Be Doing:

Operating CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres to manufacture high–precision, small–batch components.Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and producing parts to exacting standards.Performing final operations including drilling, deburring, and packaging.Using measuring tools to check component accuracy.Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.Assisting other departments such as Assembly or Fabrication when needed. What We re Looking For:

Recent experience working with CNC or manual machinery in a manufacturing or engineering setting (within the last months).Comfortable reading technical drawings and working to fine tolerances.Skilled in using measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.Reliable, detail–oriented, and a strong team player.
