Overall Purpuse of the Role:

To effectively & efficiently manage a team of operators:

To attain the best possible output whilst meeting all quality standards

To work safely at all times.

To proactively suggest any potential process improvement

To develop and encourage your team.Supporting the wider team (e.g. Supervisor/Engineering/Mixing and Quality).

Shift Patterns:

Monday to Thursday - 6:30 -15:30

Friday - 6:30 - 12:30Pay Rates:

Trainee CM - £13.02

Grade 1 - £14.02

Grade 2 - £14.69

Grade 3 - £15.35
