CB Driver (Counterbalance Forklift Driver)

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced CB (Counterbalance) Driver to join a busy manufacturing operation in Corby. This is a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading goods from vehicles

* Moving stock and materials across the site

* Supplying production lines with materials as required

* Stacking and storing products in designated warehouse areas

* Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

* Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence (in-date)

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

* Ability to work rotating shifts (days, backs, nights)

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

* Strong awareness of health & safety

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Desirable

* Previous experience within a manufacturing setting

* Flexibility xjnqpsq to support other warehouse duties when required
