Their workforce includes specialists across Operations, Assembly, Engineering, Project Management and Business Support — all contributing to a substantial and growing order book.

* Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety policies and identify hazards before starting work.

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.

Ideally, candidates will bring:

* Stacker / FLT licence (preferred).

* Previous experience in a factory, workshop or manufacturing environment.

* Applied knowledge of vehicle assembly (military vehicle experience beneficial but not essential).

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels.

* Ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative and work with minimal supervision.

What’s on Offer

* Competitive salary

* Generous pension scheme

* Early finish on Fridays

* Life assurance

* Company sick pay

* Employee Assistance Programme

* 25 days holiday (increasing with service)

* Cycle‑to‑work scheme

* Free on‑site parking
