Position: Assembly Technician

Location: Amesbury

Salary: 24,500 – 26,000 DOE

Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 1:30pm

Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their vibrant manufacturing team! What You'll Do:

As an Assembly Technician, you'll play a crucial role in assembling and testing mechanical components, ensuring that every product meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling parts and components from detailed drawings and build instructions.Testing sub–assemblies and finished products according to specific guidelines.Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised assembly area.Inspecting parts for defects and reporting discrepancies.Contributing to the production timeline and ensuring consistent build quality.What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Strong fault–finding skills and the ability to operate equipment as per instructions.Good manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.Assembly experience and a basic understanding of electrical components is an advantage.Why Join Us?
