Experienced Assembly Operative – Ashford

We are currently recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join our client's manufacturing team based in the Ashford area.

This is a hands–on role within a busy production environment, where you will support a range of assembly and production tasks using hand tools. You will be expected to work accurately and efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Assembling components using a variety of hand toolsFollowing work instructions and assembly specifications accuratelyMaintaining consistent quality standards throughout productionWorking efficiently to meet daily production targetsKeeping your work area clean, organised, and safeThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing roleGood manual dexterity and attention to detailConfidence and competence using hand toolsA reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a teamThe ability to work well under pressure in a fast–paced environmentHours of work:

Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 4.45pmFriday: 8.00am – 12.30pm (early finish)What's on offer:
