Assembly Operative

Description

We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering a long-term, temp-to-perm position with full training provided.

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling plastic and aluminium components using hand tools, including a pop rivet gun. Working as part of a production team, you will ensure products are assembled accurately, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble plastic and aluminium components.

* Safely operate a pop rivet gun and other hand tools.

* Follow assembly instructions and production processes.

* Carry out visual quality inspections.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

* Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

What we're looking For

* Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.

* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* Confidence using hand tools or a willingness to learn.

* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.

* Able to work the afternoon shift on a Monday to Friday basis.
