Assembly Operative

Location: Sheerness

Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: 12.75 per hour

Temporary ongoing

Working as part of a team within a refurbishment environment, supporting the cleaning, preparation, and basic assembly of returned equipment. The role involves hands–on tasks to help restore products and ensure they are ready for reuse.

Typical duties include:

Cleaning and preparing returned items/equipmentRemoving dirt, residue, and general wear from products Carrying out basic assembly tasks using hand tools and power toolsSupporting skilled operatives with refurbishment and repair activitiesChecking products are completed to the required standard before dispatchNew Appointments Group, Expertly Matching Employers and Jobseekers since 1975.
