Assembly Operative

Full-time | | Maldon | Temporary to Permanent

We're recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a friendly, hands‑on team where you'll help keep production running smoothly.

Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 16:30pm

Free on‑site parking

You'll work as part of the production and assembly team, carrying out tasks such as:

Assembling components using hand and basic power tools

Delivering materials to production areas and supporting general logistics

Helping production teams with simple, repetitive assembly work

Checking parts for quality

Making sure surfaces are protected, clean, and not damaged

Keeping your work area tidy, safe, and well maintained

What You'll Bring

Comfortable using simple tools (e.g. screwdrivers, drills, basic power tools)

Good attention to detail and willingness to follow quality guidelines

A reliable, positive team player

Good at listening and communicating

Happy to take responsibility and use their initiative

Self‑motivated, adaptable, and ready to help where needed
