Assembly Operative Required ASAP Welham Green (Near Hatfiield) £12.80 - £14.34ph

Role: Assembly Operative (Electro-Mechnaical)

Location: Welham Green

Rate: £12.80ph - £14.34ph

Duration: Long-term, could lead to permanent work for the right candidates

Working Hours: Monday till Thursday 7.30 until 16.15

Friday 7.30 till 15.00

Main Responsibilities:

Manufacture mechanical and electrical components, sub-assemblies and products following production SOP (standard operating procedures).

Ability to work to set targets and demands.

Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping.

Operate machinery and equipment using PPE provided.

Continuously monitor the production process, including visual inspection and functional test, to ensure product meets the agreed quality and safety standards.

Adhere to production documentation and maintain records as required.

Be self-motivated, using effective communication and work using own initiative or within a team.

Liaise with Team Leaders/Manufacturing Manager to identify issues and opportunities for improvements.

Interested candidates must have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and in the assembly of electro-mechanical components.

Previous soldering experience would be advantageous.
