Description
Job Title: Assembly Operative
Contract Type: Temporary, with potential to be offered a permanent contract if you get on well.
Start Date: Immediate Start
Working hours: Monday & Tuesday, 6am–3:45pm, Wednesday & Thursday, 6am–4pm.
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly of products according to blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions
Use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
Follow written and verbal instructions with precision
Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and reporting any defects
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in product assembly or a similar role
Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
