Temp to Perm
Shift & Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
£12.21 per hour
Our client, a respected manufacturer based in Mildenhall, is expanding its workforce and is seeking Assemblers to support ongoing production requirements. This temp to perm role offers long-term stability within a structured and supportive working environment, with positions available to start in January.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assembling components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
Working from basic drawings, instructions, and job specifications
Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet required standards
Preparing parts for the next stage of production
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Supporting the wider production team as required
What We’re Looking For
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow xjnqpsq instructions and work to deadlines
Capable to manually lift heavy items
