Shifts & Pay Rates:

Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns

18:00pm – 04:30am :

15.50 p/h

18.44 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs

20:00pm – 06:30am :

15.75 p/h

18.69 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs

Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand–new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one and build a long–term career within a growing operation.

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Marshall to support yard and vehicle operations in a busy and fast–paced environment.

This is a key role focused on ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, supporting smooth loading and unloading processes across the site.

Yard Marshall – Purpose of the Role:

To coordinate vehicle movements on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations while supporting overall warehouse flow.

Yard Marshall – Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating vehicle movements to ensure efficient loading and unloadingDirecting incoming and outgoing traffic to designated areasMonitoring yard operations to ensure full safety complianceIdentifying and reporting hazards promptlyManaging trailer allocation and tracking available yard spaceCommunicating effectively with drivers and warehouse teamsSupporting smooth workflow across yard and warehouse operationsEnsuring all activities are carried out in line with health and safety proceduresMaintaining a clean and organised yard environmentYard Marshall – Requirements:

Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or logistics environment preferredStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast–paced environmentGood awareness of health and safety practicesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyReliable and proactive approach to workOwn transport required due to locationYard Marshall – Pre–employment Checks:
