Join Our Dynamic Logistics Team in Bromley–by–Bow!

Stafforce are looking for motivated, detail–oriented individuals to join our client as Warehouse & Transport Coordinators. This role is central to keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring parcels are sorted, drivers are supported, and customers receive excellent service.

Shift Patterns (Late Shifts):

12:30pm – 9:30pm1:30pm – 10:30pm2:30pm – 11:30pm(Rota varies depending on business needs: Mon–Fri, Tues–Sat, or Wed–Sun)Pay: 13.77 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Complete driver and parcel checksHandle customer calls and emailsSort, organise, and prepare parcels for deliveryLoad/unload parcels and maintain a tidy workspaceRepackage damaged parcels where neededVerify shipping labels and ensure accurate routingSupport drivers and ensure smooth daily operationsCollaborate with the team to meet targets and deadlinesReport any discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns

What We Are Looking For:

Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience (preferred)Confidence using computers (essential)Strong attention to detail and organisationExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift/move parcels and work on your feetFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidayStudents welcome to apply
