Shift Pattern

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: Monday–Friday 12:00 – 20:30

Week 2: Monday–Friday 14:00–22:30

Week 3: Monday–Friday 16:00 – 00:30

Sunday working: shared with other supervisors

About the Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved. You will drive operational performance through KPIs.

You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while continuously improving processes and customer outcomes, Leading all Health, Safety & Environmental activities on shift, including incident investigation and corrective actions
