About The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our logistics team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our delivery and installation runs are prepped to go out each morning and supported via tracking any issues which may arise throughout the day.

A hands-on approach is required to support our self-loading depot and you will ensure that all our vehicles are road worthy, legal and compliant whilst providing on-going support to our Drivers, Quality and People teams.

Complete in-house reports for the Depot Manager dailyCheck that all vehicles leaving the depot are secure and meet required transport legislation requirementsSupervise and motivate a team both employed and self-employed drivers and ensure they are complying with the training that they have receivedComplete alcohol testing when requiredCommunicate with our Drivers, handling any queries efficiently and in a professional mannerTransport Debriefing duties of vehicles returning from delivery and installation runsProvide hands on support and take responsibility for managing the transhipping and reloads A Few Things About You:
