28,990 + 2,809 shift allowance

12 month contract

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative? Do you have experience working within a fast–paced manufacturing, logistics or FMCG environment? If so, this could be the role for you!

We are partnered with a leading global manufacturing business who are looking to hire a Warehouse Operative to support their warehouse and logistics operation.

This is a hands–on role responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient movement of materials, components and finished goods throughout the facility. You'll play a key role in supporting production operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check and process incoming goods and delivery documentation.Pick, issue and return raw materials, components, labels and finished goods for production and customers.Load, unload, wrap and prepare pallets for internal and external distribution.Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks and RF scanning equipment.Carry out regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.Update warehouse systems and documentation accurately.Support waste, recycling and scrap management processes.Deliver materials to production areas and transfer finished goods to storage locations.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP and warehouse procedures at all times.Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.Forklift licence is advantageous; training can be provided.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic numerical and computer literacy skills.Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure.Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems would be beneficial.Knowledge of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.Flexible approach and willingness to work across multiple warehouse functions.
