Warehouse Operative - Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

The ideal candidate must be available to attend a registration in Rugby.

Shifts:

• Working 5 days out of 7• 07:00 - 15:00 GBP13.35 per hour basic GBP17.13 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours• 15:00 - 23:00 GBP15.00 per hour basic GBP18.78 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours• 23:00 - 07:00 GBP15.55 per hour basic GBP19.33 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently• Loading and unloading vehicles safely• Processing and preparing orders for dispatch• Scanning and labelling items correctly• Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy• Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

Essential Skills:

• Basic level of spoken and written English• Reliable, punctual, and hard working• Good communication skills• Able to work well as part of a team• Positive and proactive attitude• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or logistics• Experience using hand-held scanners or similar warehouse technology

Training:

• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
