E–Commerce Warehouse Operative Birmingham B11

Join a fast–growing e–commerce fulfilment team in Birmingham! Our client is looking for reliable and detail–oriented Warehouse Operatives to support order processing and dispatch operations at their B11 site.

Location: Birmingham B11 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm (may finish at 6:00pm during busy periods) Pay Rate:

GBP12.21 per hour

Overtime after 37.5 hours: GBP15.27 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and process orders using handheld scanners

Verify product details, batch codes, and expiry dates

Pack items safely and label parcels for courier shipment

Maintain accurate inventory records

Communicate stock discrepancies to supervisors

Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with hygiene standards

Collaborate with warehouse and production teams

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse, e–commerce, or production roles

Strong attention to detail and computer literacy

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours

Good communication and teamwork skills
