Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Warehouse Operative opportunities on behalf of a leading logistics provider based in Lutterworth (LE17). If you're looking for ongoing work with regular weekday hours, full training and a supportive team environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This Warehouse Operative role involves unloading containers, moving stock and preparing pallets for distribution within a busy warehouse operation.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading large containers by handHandballing stock from containers onto palletsSorting and organising products ready for dispatchShrink wrapping pallets securelyStacking pallets ready for transportationMaintaining a safe and efficient working environment

This is a physically demanding role requiring regular lifting and movement of stock throughout your shift.

To be successful in this Warehouse Operative position, you will ideally have:

Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experienceExperience unloading containers or handballing stock would be beneficialGood physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling dutiesA reliable attitude and ability to work well within a teamThe ability to work effectively in a fast–paced environment
