Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Basildon

Pay: 45,000– 50,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a dynamic and growing Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Basildon, Essex. This role will require working across two different sites.

Duties:

Lead, manage, and develop warehouse and logistics operations across two different sitesOversee inbound and outbound transport planning, including scheduling and coordinationEnsure safe and compliant handling of hazardous goods, temperature–controlled shipments, and general cargoMaintain and promote high health and safety standardsSupport cost control, budgeting, and long–term logistics strategy planningStep into operational duties when required to support the wider teamRequirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)Proven management experience within the freight forwarding industry (essential)Hands–on approach with a willingness to support operational tasksStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and positive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementA degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (beneficial)Hours & Pay:

45,000– 50,000 per yearMonday to Friday9:00am–5:30pmBenefits:
