Van Delivery Driver

Description

Driver Hire Southampton is looking for reliable and professional van drivers to join our team for flexible, ad–hoc work across the SO postcode.

We work with a wide range of local businesses, including builders' merchants, electrical suppliers, food distributors and other commercial clients. With a variety of assignments available, you'll enjoy a mix of work including multi–drop deliveries, vehicle movements and local distribution. If you have previous multi–drop experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Flexible, ad–hoc shifts on a 0–hour contractPrimarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work availableTypical start times between 6:00am and 8:00amA variety of local and longer–distance delivery routesSome assignments may require a DBS checkWhat we're looking for:

Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 monthsPrevious multi–drop delivery experienceLoad–strapping experience is desirableGood level of physical fitness and confidence with manual handlingReliable, punctual and professional approach to workOwn transport is essential due to varying client locationsAbout Driver Hire Southampton:
