The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Transport Manager to oversee our transport operations and compliance across five Operator License's. This is a key role within our business, ensuring that all transport activities are carried out efficiently, legally, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage compliance with all Operator License requirements (x5).
Ensure adherence to all relevant transport legislation and regulations.
Manage and monitor driver compliance, tachographs, maintenance schedules, and vehicle records.
Liaise with DVSA and other relevant authorities when required.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant.
Provide leadership and guidance to drivers and operational staff.
Continuously improve operational processes and safety standards.

Requirements:

CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) in Transport Management – Essential.
Proven experience managing multiple Operator License's.
Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
References required.
Immediate start available.
