Location: Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes

Hours: 8.30 - 4.30pm - Monday to Friday

Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP29,000

We're on the lookout for a Transport Co-ordinator on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract basis to join our busy and dynamic team! In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of our transport operation - making sure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating daily vehicle schedules to meet delivery deadlinesLiaising with drivers and third-party transport providersMaintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to dateSupporting compliance with all legal, safety, and company transport regulationsProblem-solving and prioritising tasks to ensure smooth operationsCollaborating with other departments to meet customer expectationsWhat You'll Bring

Proven experience in transport coordination or administrationIncredible organisational and multitasking skillsSharp attention to detail and a proactive mindsetStrong communication and teamwork skillsWorking knowledge of transportation software/toolsUnderstanding of transport regulations and policies (desirable)Why Join Us?
