Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 6:00am 4:00pm and 7:00am 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for several Removals Porters to join a busy and expanding removals operation in Purfleet.

This is a physically active and varied role that combines household removals with warehouse support duties. Working as part of an experienced team, you will help ensure customers' belongings are handled, transported, and stored safely while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

If you have previous removals or warehouse experience and enjoy practical, hands–on work, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with long–term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the packing, wrapping, loading, unloading, and unpacking of household and personal belongings. Support removals teams on residential and commercial moves throughout the UK. Help with collections, deliveries, and the safe transportation of customer goods. Carry out warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, organising, and preparing items for dispatch. Ensure all goods are handled carefully to minimise the risk of damage. Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times. Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a professional service to customers. Due to location of depot being able to drive would be preffered but not essential What We're Looking For

Previous experience within removals, warehousing, logistics, or a similar manual role. A dependable and hardworking attitude. Good practical skills and a willingness to undertake physical work. Strong attention to detail and care when handling customers' possessions. Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions. Flexible approach and positive work ethic. What's in It for You?
