Role: Project Co–ordinator

Location: Site based, with travel to other UK locations as required.

Site locations are Lutterworth, Swindon, Ashby de la Zouch, Andover, Sunbury on Thames, Berkeley

Salary & Benefits: Up to GBP35,000 + GBP5k car allowance + benefits inc 25 days annual leave, free EV charging, dental programme

MVP is partnering with an award–winning, innovative logistics business to recruit a Project Coordinator to join a growing, supportive team.

We re looking for a sharp, driven individual ready to take the lead on real projects, planning, delivering, and tracking workstreams from start to finish. This is a hands–on role where your ideas, organisation, and problem–solving skills make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Turn project ideas into clear goals, deliverables, and timelines. Lead planning and resourcing of workstreams, tracking progress and performance. Manage change and keep stakeholders aligned with clear, positive communication. Identify risks early and drive effective solutions. Run team meetings, follow up on actions, and ensure lessons learned are captured. Bring energy and ideas to improve team processes and project delivery. Skills & Experience:

Some hands–on project experience, big or small. Comfortable with budgets, spreadsheets, or cost tracking. Familiarity with basic project management methods and tools. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable. Strong communicator and confident stakeholder manager. Tech–savvy, with solid Microsoft Office skills. Full UK driving license. Desirable:

Background or interest in logistics, operations, or technology. What You ll Gain:
