Operations courier controller

Description

We are seeking an experienced courier Operations controller to manually Oversee same day courier operations making sure deliveries and collections run efficiently and customer SLAs are met.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the manual allocation and dispatch of live bookings across a fleet of drivers and vehicles, while monitoring jobs throughout the day and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

You will be responsible for -

Ensuring all jobs are planned, dispatched, tracked, and completed on time Manually allocating and dispatching bookings. Manage live operations, responding quickly to delays, issues, or route changes Solving operational problems before they impact the client Communicating professionally with drivers, clients and colleagues. Maintain delivery performance and SLA compliance Plan routes and capacity in line with operational demand Monitor driver performance, compliance, and professionalism

We are specifically looking for someone with genuine experience in manually controlling a live fleet of couriers.
