We are recruiting for a Onsite Coordinator in the Corby area. You will be supporting the day–to–day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships.

Details:

Salary: GBP28,000 per annum

Location: Corby

Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily attendance and shift fulfilment on site.Act as first point of contact for workers and management teamMonitor absence trends and workforce stability.Ensure documentation compliance for all deployed workers.Support worker engagement and induction processes.Maintain accurate site–level reporting both weekly & monthlyMonitor adherence to agreed pay and rate structures.Coordinate immediate response to last–minute workforce changes.Maintain professional client communication standards.Promote consistent service delivery within client environment.
