Salary: Up to 37,000

We are seeking a Multimodal Freight Forwarding Pricing Coordinator to join a well–established logistics and freight forwarding business in Solihull.

This role is ideal for someone with freight forwarding experience who enjoys pricing, quotations, supplier negotiations, and working across air, sea, road, and multimodal freight services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare competitive freight quotations across air, sea, road, and multimodal shipmentsNegotiate rates with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and overseas agentsSupport sales and operational teams with pricing and tender requestsMonitor market rates and identify cost–effective solutionsMaintain pricing records and ensure quotations are accurate and commercially viableProvide professional support for customer enquiries

Requirements

Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international transportKnowledge of air, sea, road, and multimodal freightExperience in pricing, quotations, procurement, or operationsStrong communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsGood commercial awareness and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems
