The Role

As an Ocean Freight Operator, you'll be responsible for managing import and export shipments from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a seamless service throughout the shipping process.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing FCL and LCL ocean freight shipments from booking through to final deliveryLiaising with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers and customersPreparing and checking shipping documentationCoordinating customs requirements and ensuring complianceMonitoring shipments and proactively communicating updatesHandling quotations and maintaining excellent customer relationshipsResolving any operational issues efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For
