Position: Ocean Export Documentation Coordinator

Location: Pudsey, Leeds

Salary: Up to 35,000 (subject to experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:00pm

We're looking for and experienced export documentation coordinator with a background in ocean freight forwarding to join a growing team in Leeds. If you have solid ocean export documentation experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Preparing and issuing all relevant export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, commercial invoices, and packing listsLiaising with customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure all shipments are compliant and processed accuratelyManaging and maintaining accurate shipment recordsEnsuring documentation meets all international trade and customs compliance requirementsSupporting the wider logistics and operations team where neededWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in deep sea export documentation or international shipping administrationStrong attention to detail and understanding of export regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work efficiently and independently within a small teamWR Logistics are the recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
