What will the role involve?

As Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea and road, ensuring a seamless service for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing full multimodal import and export operationsHandling customs clearance processes in line with regulationsRaising and processing sales and purchase invoicesActing as a key point of contact for customer and supplier queriesSupporting client meetings (virtual and in-person where required)Building strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricingPreparing accurate quotations and tenders within set timeframesProviding operational data to support business reporting and analyticsEnsuring all activities align with company compliance and service level agreementsWhat are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding (multimodal essential)Strong customs knowledge (import & export)Experience using Cargowise (advanced level preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, agile approach with strong attention to detailWhy apply?
