Logistics & Operations Support

Birmingham

Temporary up to 12 months (possibly permanent)

Full–time, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am 6pm (subject to change in Feb 2026)

GBP12.60 per hour

We re on the lookout for a unique and adaptable candidate to step into a dynamic dual–role, covering Operations and Logistics for up to 12 months. This would role would suit someone from a Logistics/document control background. Someone who is prepared to be hands on in unpacking stock and a good administrator. This is all lightweight materials.

You will be:

Collaborate with logistics teams, couriers, suppliers, and internal departments Co–ordinating shipments of products Update status of inbound/outbound shipments Organise workflow and prepare materials for dispatch Handle purchase orders, invoices, discrepancies, and supplier communications You will be required to have:–

A background in inventory control or logistics Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel to include Vlookups, Hlookups and Pivot Tables) A hands–on attitude, strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset If you are available for an immediate start and feel you have the background we require then please contact us to discuss further.
