As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the supply chain, ensuring seamless movement of goods from global suppliers to customers. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to guarantee on-time and compliant deliveries.

Their UK operations are growing, and they are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to strengthen the supply chain team and ensure the efficient delivery of products across domestic and international markets.

Description

Coordinating international shipments, imports, and exports, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.Managing relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.Monitoring inventory movements and stock availability to support timely order fulfilment.Ensuring accurate documentation, invoicing, and customs paperwork.Troubleshooting and resolving logistics issues in a proactive and professional manner.Supporting continuous process improvements to optimise supply chain efficiency. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (food/ingredients/FMCG sector highly desirable).Solid understanding of international shipping, incoterms, and customs processes.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.A proactive, problem-solving approach with a drive to deliver results.
