Silverback is well established crewing company with 18 years experience and it is our personal approach and professional attitude that separate's us from other crewing companies.

The job would require you to build relationships with our crew and create excellent lines of communication. You to be part of a team, working together with the goal of placing the best crew on each job day after day, ensuring each job has the relevant amount of experience. It can often be a fast paced environment where our clients demand last minute crew and it is in this element of the job where moving crew around and problem solving comes in.

To book and manage crew on jobs effectively.

To follow process in order to prevent any issues for clients or Silverback.

To have excellent communication and personable skills.
