Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV 2 (C) Hiab day Drivers for our client in Birkenhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a HGV 2 (C) Hiab vehicle. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in driving HGV 2 Hiab (C) vehicles. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

Safely operate a HGV 2 Hiab (C) lorry in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety. Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations. Home and site deliveries Qualifications

Valid HGV 2 (C) driving license with a clean driving record Hold a Valid Hiab Licenses Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members Knowledge of health and safety standards Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability No more than 6 points showing on license No DD, DR, TT99 or IN10 endorsements showing on license PAYE Pay Rate:

– 16.50ph basic – overtime 24.75ph – holidays accrued

– 18.49ph basic – overime 27.73ph – holidays included

guaranteed minimum 8hrs
