Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing temporary work with an established logistics business based in Skelmersdale.
Our client operates a busy multidrop delivery operation, offering consistent Monday to Friday work with deliveries unloaded by a mixture of forklift and pump truck.
What's on offer?
Ongoing temporary positionMonday to Friday, starting between 5am and 7amShifts averaging 10 hoursPaid weekly at 17.93 – inclusive of holidaysAs an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:
Completing 10 to 12 multidrop deliveries per dayUnloading using a mixture of forklift and pump truckCompleting all delivery paperwork accuratelyMaintaining safe and professional driving standards at all timesTo be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experienceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph cardsNo more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codesInterested in this HGV Class 2 Driver role?
