Description
Backline Logistics Plymouth are seeking HGV Class 2/ Category C Dustcart Drivers for an immediate start for an environmental services company in Tavistock, Devon. The ideal candidate will hold a valid category C / Class 2 licence, CPC & digital tachograph card. This role is full time and ongoing.
Main duties include driving rear–end loaders and assisting with loading recycling bins when required and/or driving Romaquip Recycling vehicles.
Usual shifts are Monday to Friday, starting from 07:00am until finish. You will be paid for a minimum of 9 hours per day, starting at 15.00 per hour PAYE. Enhanced overtime rate is paid after 9 hours.
THE REQUIREMENTS
You must hold a full UK Class 2 / Category C Licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points. You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card. Possess a broad knowledge of driving rules and regulations. Be clean and professional at all times. Possess good written and spoken communication skills. THE BENEFITS
