HGV Class 1 Driver

Description

We are seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for full–time, ongoing work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well–established operation specialising in chilled multi–drop and farm collections.

Pay Rates:

GBP18.00 per hour for the first 50 hours

GBP18.50 per hour for hours worked beyond 50

Your Time at Work

– Start times between 17:00 and 18:30

– Two shift pattern options: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday on a rota

– Average shift length is approximately 12 hours

– Chilled multi–drop deliveries and farm collections (3–8 drops per night)

– Farm collections may require use of keys/codes, which will be provided during briefing

Our Perfect Worker

– Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

– Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)

– Ideally has a clean licence

– Must live within a 40–mile radius of Evesham

– Comfortable working nights and managing farm access

– Able to commit to an average 50–hour working week

– Willing to complete a driving assessment prior to placement
