Pay Rate: GBP17.00 per hour

Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers on behalf of a busy logistics operation for ongoing day shift work based in Croydon.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work with a well–established transport operation, with consistent hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties Include

Completing scheduled deliveries and collections. Conducting daily vehicle walk–round checks. Ensuring loads are secured safely before transport. Completing delivery paperwork and PODs accurately. Maintaining compliance with Drivers' Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive. Providing excellent customer service at delivery points. Reporting any vehicle defects or delivery issues promptly. Working safely and professionally at all times. Requirements

Valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence. Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card. Valid Digital Tachograph Card. Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience preferred. No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements). Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours Regulations. Reliable, professional and safety focused. Flexible approach to work. Benefits
