4 ON 4 OFF Shift Pattern Competitive Pay Weekly Pay

Staffline is urgently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers in the Bridgwater area for a reliable, long–term driving role with a structured 4 on / 4 off rota.

Shift Pattern & Start Times:

4 Days On, 4 Days Off – Perfect for work–life balance

Start windows: AM (04:00 – 08:00) / PM (11:00 – 13:30)

Pay Rates (PAYE) – Competitive & Rewarding:

Weekday Drivers (5 of 7, 4 of 7 non–weekend rota)

Basic = GBP17.53 per hour

Weekend Premium (x1.25) = GBP21.91 this is paid between 00:01 Saturday – 23:59 Sunday

Overtime (x1.33) = GBP23.31 5 of 7 is over 42.5 hours and 4 of 7 is 42 hours

Bank Holiday (x1.50) = GBP26.29

Cage Bonus = GBP3000 annually / 52 = GBP57.69 / 5–day week = GBP11.53 this is to be paid per shift worked.

Weekend Drivers (Fixed Friday – Monday rota)

Basic = GBP19.27 per hour

Weekend Premium = Not entitled due to enhanced basic rate.

Overtime (x1.33) = GBP25.62 to be paid after 42 hours

Bank Holiday (x1.50) = GBP28.90

Cage Bonus = GBP3000 annually / 52 = GBP57.69 / 5–day week = GBP11.53 this is to be paid per shift worked.

What You'll Do:

– Deliver to smaller stores with precision and care

– Ensure every delivery is on time and meets strict safety standards

– Handle cages and pallets confidently

– Uphold high health and safety practices throughout your shift

Our Perfect Worker

Who We're Looking For:

– At least 6 months experience driving HGV Class 2

– Maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence (no DR, DD, IN codes)

– Valid Digi Tacho and CPC qualification

– Comfortable and capable moving cages and pallets
