Salary :- GBP68k to GBP75k Inclusive of Car Allowance.

Our Client provides integrated supply chain and distribution services across the UK.

Job Description

Reporting into the Directors, you will be a key member of the business SMT, run & further develop the Cross Dock Distribution Centre of some 500 staff.

Shifts: This is a 24/6 busy operation, hours will be dictated by the operation.

Key Duties

Manage the Business by leading from the front ensuring it is carried out in an effective, safe and professional manner

Proactively promote a culture of safe working practices and ensure all members of staff comply with H&S regulations

Act as key liaison between Customers and your teams with regards to any queries / complaints or issues arising.

Ensure KPI's and service levels are consistently achieved by effective business planning and utilising staff available.

Ability to motivate & instruct others in standard operating procedures and work in a methodical, logical manner, ensuring compliance with contractual targets.

Ability to work at pace

Checking and maintaining the warehouse and compliance with Health and Safety and company regulations.
