Location: Crick (until January), moving to a brand–new site in Rugby

Contract: Temp to Perm

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off Days

Pay Rate: 13.72 per hour

Exciting Opportunity to Join a New Warehouse Operation

We are recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operators to join a growing logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand–new warehouse facility in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements Support general warehouse duties when required Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or logistics experience Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although full in–house training is available Pallet truck experience desirable Strong commitment to health and safety Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and a positive attitude Benefits 13.72 per hour Temp–to–perm opportunity In–house FLT training available Opportunity to join the team ahead of a brand–new site opening in Rugby 4 on, 4 off shift pattern providing excellent work–life balance Supportive working environment Immediate starts available Career progression opportunities If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.
