Pay: GBP14.25 – GBP16.25 per hour

Guaranteed Minimum: 8 hours paid per shift

We're currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Drivers Mates / Porters to join a busy and growing events company based in Feltham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and being involved behind the scenes at major events across London and the South East.

You'll work alongside experienced drivers and fellow porters, helping to deliver, unload, move and set up equipment safely and efficiently.

Whether you're looking for full–time work or flexible shifts around other commitments, we offer a variety of shift patterns to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting drivers with deliveries and collections. Loading and unloading vehicles safely. Lifting, carrying and moving event equipment. Assisting with event installations and breakdowns. Ensuring equipment is handled carefully and professionally. Following all health & safety procedures. Providing excellent customer service when on–site. Working efficiently as part of a team. What We're Looking For

Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting throughout the shift. Comfortable carrying heavy items with another team member. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Able to work early mornings, afternoons or night shifts. Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills. Good communication skills. Previous experience as a Drivers Mate, Porter, Warehouse Operative, Removals Porter, Event Crew or Manual Handling role is desirable but not essential. What We Offer

GBP14.25 – GBP16.25 per hour. Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed, even if the job finishes early. Flexible shift choices including early, late and night work. Ongoing work with regular shifts available.
