Location: Warrington

Working Hours: 09:00–17:30, Mon to Fri

Salary: 30,000 per annum

We are looking for an ambitious and motivatedDigital Freight Account Manager to join our growing team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking logistics provider.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee the end to end freight forwarding/transport process using their digital platformLiaise with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goodsInput and maintain accurate shipment data and documentationDeliver excellent customer service by responding to queries and providing proactive shipment updatesMonitor shipments and resolve any issues or delaysCollaborate with the wider logistics team to improve processes and service delivery

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport coordination (preferred but not essential)Strong computer literacy and confident use of digital toolsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesClear, professional communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingAbility to work effectively within a busy team environment
