Are you a Customs Supervisor with experience in Air and Road Freight, looking to join a global logistics business offering clear progression into senior leadership, hybrid working and a company bonus to increase your earnings?

This global freight forwarding and logistics business operates across international markets with a multi–billion–pound turnover and a worldwide network spanning numerous countries. Providing multimodal transport and supply chain solutions across air, road and sea freight, they work with major customers globally.

In this role, you will oversee customs operations for key customer accounts, ensuring compliance, SLA performance and excellent service. You will manage import and export processes, reporting and operational issues while working closely with customers and internal freight teams. Joining a team of 6, this role offers clear progression into senior supervision and ultimately Operations Manager.

This role would suit a Customs Clearance Supervisor from a freight forwarding environment, with strong Import and Export experience and particular exposure to Air and Road Freight.

The Role:

Oversee day–to–day customs operations for key customer accountsEnsure customs compliance across import and export shipmentsWork closely with Air and Road Freight teams and international stakeholdersManage customer relationships, SLAs and operational performanceProduce customs reports and monitor volumes, revenue and profitabilityWork within a close–knit team of 6 customs professionalsMonday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pmOffice based in Feltham, with hybrid working available following probationThe Person:
