Customer Service Administrator

Location: Near Kidderminster

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate: 13.30 per hour

Contract: 12–week temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly, office–based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long–term employment within a stable business, with full training provided.

The role will involve:

Handling incoming and outgoing telephone callsProviding a high level of customer serviceUsing computer systems to manage information and day–to–day tasksSupporting the wider team in a fast–paced office environment

The ideal candidate will:

Be a confident and friendly people personHave good computer skillsDemonstrate a professional and polite telephone mannerBe willing to learn and developBe flexible and able to cope well under pressureBe looking for a long–term roleLive locally to Kidderminster, Stourport or BewdleyHave their own transport (advantageous, due to out–of–town location)
