Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Drivers for a busy trunking operation in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking regular weekday work, competitive pay, and long–term prospects in a modern logistics environment.

Key Duties

Carry out trunking work using double–deck trailers.

Complete depot–to–depot runs with no manual handling.

Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.

Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) licence.

CPC and Digi Tacho card.

Experience with double–deck trailers preferred.

Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping.

What We Offer

16– 17.50 per hour (PAYE).

19– 20.50 per hour (UMB PAYE).

Minimum 8 hours paid per shift.

Start times between 4am and 5pm.

Monday to Friday work (no weekends).

Overtime available.
