The team at Trevaskis Design Solutions were very professional, friendly and efficient. We were kept informed of start dates by Rob from our initial booking to have works carried out on 2 chimneys and to have a bedrooms walls rebuilt and plastered. Once work commenced, we were given on a day to day basis a run through of the works being carried out, kept updated with progress, and given times for the next days works, which was excellent communications from the friendly team. We were very pleased with the overall results, and the excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend.

TDS completed garden groundworks for us, including building a raised patio. We were very pleased with the finished work. Rob kept us informed throughout. The work was completed in a professional manner and Pete and Jacob were very tidy and courteous.

A fast and efficient service correcting the screed and insulating boards beneath 2 doors which had been very poorly installed by the original builders. Rob came and assessed the problem and was able to fit us in 2 days later. Pete arrived at the arranged time, completed the work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you guys.

I asked Rob to call around to discuss some work we were considering having done. We did not know whether it involves structural changes and/or what regulations would apply and how we would go about it. Rob was extremely helpful and advised that the changes we were considering could be done but weren’t strictly necessary and there were other ways to overcome the issues. His advice actually meant that we did not require his services so essentially he talked himself out of work. He fully appreciated that but was happy to help in any event. He has certainly saved us money we didn’t need to spend and I was very impressed when he would not even accept payment of a fee for coming out. He will certainly be my first point of contact for any work in the future!
