I've known Catalin for more than 10 years. He did a grond and first floor extension for us and we've had no issues for the past 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful and good attention to details. His team did a great job for us. They were very focussed and always came out with reasonable and good suggestions. I an pretty sure I'll use Catalin for all future projects.
